At CoHeart Creations, our mission is to improve well-being by creating meaningful experiences that reduce stress, support emotional wellness, and strengthen human connection. Through sound healing, mindfulness practices, nervous system regulation, and community centered programs, we help individuals, schools, workplaces, and organizations cultivate greater resilience, balance, creativity, and presence.
We believe that when people feel calm, connected, and supported, they thrive. Our purpose is to create welcoming spaces where wellness is accessible, relationships deepen, and communities flourish one person, one classroom, one workplace, and one gathering at a time.
Meet Nico Rease
I am a mother, grandmother of three, teacher, artist, and keeper of sacred spaces. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the place where creativity, wonder, and the human spirit meet. I believe that through sound, art, nature, and heartfelt connection, we can reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and wholeness that already live within us.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with presence. Through immersive sound journeys, creative experiences, and heart-centered community gatherings, I create spaces where people can slow down, reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and experience a greater sense of balance, peace, and well-being.
Through CoHeart Creations, I offer sound wellness experiences, educational programs, and community gatherings that inspire calm, creativity, connection, and renewal. My hope is that every experience leaves people feeling more grounded, more open hearted, and more connected to themselves and those around them.
